Leadde Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) supplements and forms part of:
- the Leadde Enterprise Customer Agreement (or other applicable services agreement) if you are accessing the Services under an Enterprise Plan; or
- the Leadde Terms of Service if you are accessing the Services via the Leadde website or otherwise.
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the applicable agreement referenced above.
For the purposes of this Policy, “you” or “your” refers to any individual or entity using or accessing the Services under any service plan.
You agree to comply with this Policy at all times when using the Services. Violations may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, suspension or termination of access, and reporting to authorities when required by law.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, generate, distribute, share, or otherwise use any content through the Services that:
a) Infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property, publicity, privacy, data protection, or other legal rights, including publishing personal data without consent; b) Is intended to be used as a trademark, service mark, or logo, except for Customer Materials permitted under your agreement; c) Is intended for use in international television advertising by or on behalf of an entity with annual revenue exceeding USD $1,000,000,000; d) Exploits or harms minors, including content that:
- Contains nudity, sexualization, or grooming behavior;
- Promotes or depicts bullying, threats, harassment, or celebrating the suffering of minors; e) Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate; f) Is obscene, defamatory, libelous, profane, indecent, or bullying; g) Contains racist, hateful, violent, or discriminatory material, or promotes hatred based on protected characteristics; h) Promotes or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders; i) Encourages or facilitates harassment, threats, intimidation, predatory behavior, or stalking; j) Is factually inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive, including denial of recognized medical or health conditions; k) Is fraudulent, including content intended to manipulate, scam, or defraud others (e.g., phishing, financial schemes); l) Promotes or provides instructions for illegal activities, including:
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or dangerous materials;
- Human trafficking;
- Prostitution or other unlawful services; m) Constitutes spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or repetitive unwanted content; n) Is intended for use in advertisements for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or political campaigns; o) Publishes private personal information without consent, or misuses another person’s image, likeness, voice, or identity—including deepfakes—for harmful purposes; p) Compromises security or enables unauthorized access, including spoofing, phishing, or malware distribution; q) Spreads election misinformation or undermines democratic processes, including:
- False information about voting;
- Impersonation of political candidates or officials;
- Disinformation meant to suppress or discourage voting; r) Impersonates any individual or entity, or falsely represents AI-generated content as human-created; s) Otherwise violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
2. Use of Avatars, Voices, and Models
The Services may allow you to use:
- AI-generated avatars and voices (“Voices”);
- Stock media containing real individuals (“Models”). Avatars, Voices, and Models are based on real people (“Actors”) and subject to licensing rules. You must not use them in any way that: a) Damages the reputation of the Actor or is defamatory; b) Would reasonably be considered offensive to the public; c) Associates the Actor with regulated or age-restricted products, including:
- Gambling;
- Adult entertainment;
- Escort or dating services;
- Alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs; d) Depicts the Actor expressing personal opinions or endorsements, including political or ideological positions; e) Depicts the Actor discussing sensitive topics, including religion, politics, race, gender, sexuality, or other culturally sensitive issues; f) Shows the Actor engaging in criminal, unethical, or immoral conduct; g) Uses the Avatar, Voice, or Model to create or promote trademarks, design marks, NFTs, or other registrable IP; h) Is intended for television broadcast or commercial advertising; i) Depicts the Actor as suffering from or being treated for physical or mental health conditions.
3. Leadde Materials and Licensed Materials – Additional Restrictions
“Leadde Materials” include all AI-generated content, templates, avatars, voices, software, tools, graphics, audio, video, text, and other materials provided through the Services. “Licensed Materials” include third-party content licensed to you. You must not, and must not allow any third party to: a) Download or use Leadde Materials or Licensed Materials in their original or standalone form outside the Services; b) Publish or distribute such materials in any format that allows others to download, copy, or redistribute them independently of the Services; c) Use any such materials to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning or AI models, internally or externally; d) Mint or incorporate any such materials into NFTs, blockchain assets, or tokenized digital goods. These restrictions apply regardless of modifications made through the Services.
4. Leadde Services – Usage Restrictions
You agree not to: a) Rent, lease, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise provide the Services to third parties; b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of the Services, except as permitted by law and with prior written notice to Leadde; c) Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly authorized; d) Remove or alter proprietary notices or attribution labels included in the Services or generated outputs; e) Use automated tools (e.g., scraping, harvesting, data mining) to extract content or data from the Services; f) Engage in excessive or abusive usage patterns, including:
- High-volume automated requests;
- Bulk content generation;
- Activity that degrades system performance; g) Use the Services for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or developing competing AI systems; h) Create or publish content that could reasonably be perceived as a competing product or service.
