ColdRoute Monitor: Cold-Chain Shipment Visibility Platform

Overview of ColdRoute Monitor platform, its real-time monitoring capabilities, and how it protects temperature-sensitive goods to reduce supply chain losses.

Who Finds Out First When a Reefer Warms Up

A refrigerated shipment warms up long before anyone knows. The temperature record is downloaded at delivery, which means an excursion that happened on day two is discovered on day four, after the load has been accepted, unloaded, and in some cases already distributed to stores.

Everything expensive about cold chain failure follows from that delay. A live alert is a diverted trailer and a repaired unit; the same event found in a downloaded log is a rejected load, a commercial dispute, and a product recall conversation. What stays out of the published version is your customers' loss figures: claim values and rejection rates are commercially sensitive to the shipper and should never appear without their written agreement.

The template follows one shipment through seven scenes: one on how excursions are currently discovered, two on continuous monitoring and what triggers an alert, one on who receives it and what they can still do, one on the record that accompanies the load on arrival, one on the pattern view across a fleet of trailers, and one on what onboarding a first lane involves.

How to Make a Logistics Product Video That Holds a Buyer to the End

Cold chain buyers are quality and operations people who have watched a lot of sensor marketing. Attention holds when the video stays with one shipment and one clock, and drops the moment it becomes a list of capabilities.

Run a clock across the whole video

Run a clock across the whole video

Day two, hour fourteen, alert. The same timeline under every scene turns an abstract benefit into a sequence the viewer is following.

Show the intervention, not the alert

An alert nobody can act on is a notification. The scene that matters is a driver being rerouted or a unit being reset while the load is still saveable.

Name the two audiences separately

The carrier wants fewer claims; the shipper wants product integrity. They fund the purchase differently, and a video that blurs them persuades neither.

Keep the compliance record short and factual

Auditable temperature history is table stakes in this market. One scene, stated plainly, and back to the intervention story.

Bring the product sheet already in your sales pack across

Upload the product sheet, the lane trial summary, or the incident write-up from a customer's last excursion — PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPTX, or TXT, to a 200 MB limit. What returns is editable, and the original document is not altered.

Watch the Load, Not the Paperwork

The product sheet already in your sales pack is the only input needed — rework the draft before the next shipper review.
